ORDINANCE NO_ 2470 <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING PROPERTY LOCATED AT 900 HIGGINS ROAD, <br />ELK GROVE VILLAGE FROM B-1 SHOPPING CENTER BUSINESS DISTRICT <br />TO B-3 AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED BUSINESS DISTRICT (CIB BANK) <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Vil- <br />lage, acting as a Zoning Commission, at a public hearing duly called <br />and held, considered the question of rezoning property from the B-1 <br />Shopping Center Business District to the B-3 Automotive Oriented <br />Business District, said property being located at 900 Higgins Road, <br />Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees, after having re- <br />viewed the recommendation and finding of said Plan Commission, find <br />and believe it to be in the best interest of the Village that said <br />property be rezoned to the B-3 District. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That the property located at 900 Higgins Road, <br />Elk Grove Village be rezoned from the B-1 Shopping Center Busi- <br />ness District to the B-3 Automotive Oriented Business District <br />for the construction of a full service bank which drive-thru fa- <br />cilities. The legal description of said property is as follows: <br />Lot 2 in Telar 4th Resubdivision of Lots 1 and 2 in <br />Telar Third Resubdivision of Lot 1 in Finegan Subdi- <br />vision Unit 3, being a Subdivision in the West Half <br />of Section 22, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of <br />the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois <br />
