ORDINANCE NO. 2491 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3-6:D.1 AND <br />THE BULK REGULATIONS OF SECTION 7-1 AS SAME PERTAIN TO <br />REQUIRED REAR YARDS TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN <br />ADDITION TO THE PRINCIPAL STRUCTURE THAT WOULD ENCROACH <br />EIGHT (8') FEET INTO THE TWENTY (20') FOOT MINIMUM REQUIRED <br />REAR YARD ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 801 BEISNER ROAD, <br />ELK GROVE VILLAGE (ELK GROVE BAPTIST CHURCH) <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public hearing duly <br />called and held according to law considered the question of grant- <br />ing a variation of Section 3-6:D.1 and the Bulk Regulations of Sec- <br />tion 7-1 as same pertain to structures in the required rear yard <br />to permit the construction of an addition which would encroach <br />eight (8') feet into the twenty (20') foot minimum required rear <br />yard on property located at 801 Beisner Road, Elk Grove Village <br />and legally described hereinafter; <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having re- <br />viewed the recommendation and findings of said Zoning Board of Ap- <br />peals find and believe that sufficient hardships exist so as to <br />justify the granting of said variation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3-6:D.1 <br />and the Bulk Regulations of Section 7-1 of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Village of Elk Grove Village to permit the construction of an <br />
