ORDINANCE NO. 2498 <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING 5,200 SQUARE FEET OF PROPERTY ADJACENT <br />TO OUTLOT NUMBER 1 OF VACANT PROPERTY LOCATED ON BIESTERFIELD <br />ROAD, APPROXIMATELY 375 FEET EAST OF WELLINGTON AVENUE, <br />FROM B-2 GENERAL BUSINESS TO B-3 AUTOMOTIVE ORIENTED <br />BUSINESS (GULLO DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION - BOSTON MARKET) <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove Vil- <br />lage at a public hearing duly called and held according to law con- <br />sidered the question of granting rezoning to 5,200 square feet of <br />property adjacent to Outlot 1 of that property located on Biester- <br />field Road approximately 375 feet East of Wellington Avenue; said <br />rezoning being from the B-2 General Business District to the B-3 <br />Automotive Oriented Business District to conform with that zoning <br />already granted for Outlot 1; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees after having <br />considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission find and be- <br />lieve it to be in the best interest of the Village to grant the <br />rezoning as requested subject to certain conditions with respect <br />to the development of the subject property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That the certain property adjacent to Outlot 1 <br />of that certain vacant property located on Biesterfield Road ap- <br />proximately 375 feet East of Wellington Avenue, which property is <br />
