ORDINANCE NO. 2515 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 7A-1:B.3.b. OF THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE INSTALLATION OF A SOLID FENCE TO <br />BE LOCATED TEN (10') FEET FROM THE SIDE PROPERTY LINE TO A POINT <br />TEN (10') FEET BACK FROM THE FRONT CORNER OF THE HOUSE ON <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 700 BLUEJAY CIRCLE, ELK GROVE VILLAGE <br />(LOIACONO) <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals at a public meeting duly called and held ac- <br />cording to law considered the question of granting a variation of Section 7A-1:B.3.b. of the Zon- <br />ing Ordinance to permit the construction of a six (6) foot high privacy fence on property located <br />at 700 Bluejay Circle, Elk Grove Village and legally described hereinafter; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, <br />after considering the recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and be- <br />lieve that sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of <br />the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 7A-1:B.3.b. of the Zoning Ordi- <br />nance to permit the installation of a six (6') foot privacy fence to be located ten (10') feet from the <br />side property line between the rear property line and the rear of the garage on property located at <br />700 Bluejay Circle, Elk Grove Village and legally described as follows: <br />Lot 27 in Stape's Subdivision, being a Subdivision of part of the Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, <br />in Cook County, Illinois <br />
