C <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1370 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF FOUR <br />(4) PARKING SPACES FROM THE PROVISIONS OF <br />SECTION 3.96, SPACE REQUIRED, OF THE ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE <br />ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER <br />OF BIESTERFIELD ROAD AND ROHLWING ROAD, <br />ELK GROVE VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of <br />Elk Grove Village, at a public meeting duly called and held <br />according to law, considered the question of granting a varia- <br />tion of four (4) parking spaces for a Carry -Out Pizza Restaurant <br />to be located in the Bolger Shopping Center at the southeast <br />corner of Biesterfield Road and Rohlwing Road in the Village <br />of Elk Grove Village, hereinafter legally described, of <br />Section 3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance to Terance A. Bolger, <br />Owner of Record; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the <br />Village of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the <br />recommendations of said Zoning Board of Appeals, find and <br />believe that a hardship exists so as to warrant the issuance <br />of such variation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and <br />Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties <br />of Cook and DuPage, Illinois, as follows: <br />Section l: That there be granted a variation of <br />Section 3.96 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk <br />Grove Village of four (4) parking spaces for a Carry -Out Pizza <br />Restaurant in the Bolger Shopping Center to Terance A. Bolger, <br />Owner of Record, on the property located in the Bolger Shopping <br />Center at the southeast corner of Biesterfield Road and Rohlwing <br />Road in the Village of Elk Grove Village, legally described <br />as follows: <br />The North 295.165 feet of the West 295.165 feet of <br />the West 80 acres of South 160 acres of North 262 <br />acres of Section 31, Township 41 North, Range 11, <br />East of the Third Principal Meridian in Cook County, <br />Illinois (except that part taken for highway purposes <br />and condemnation Case No. 68L3209). <br />
