11 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1209 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF THE <br />REAR YARD REQUIREMENTS IN THE I-2 INDUSTRIAL <br />DISTRICT TO PERMIT AN ADDITION TO AN EXISTING <br />BUILDING AT 2201 ARTHUR AVENUE, ELK GROVE <br />VILLAGE <br />0 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of <br />Elk Grove Village at a public meeting duly called and held <br />according to law considered the question of granting a variation <br />to permit an addition to an existing building on property located <br />at 2201 Arthur Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and legally <br />described hereinafter; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village <br />of Elk Grove Village, after having considered the recommendation <br />of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe it to be in the <br />best interests of the Village that such variation be granted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook <br />and Du Page, Illinois, as follows: <br />Section 1: That there be granted a variation of the rear <br />yard requirements of Section 5.1 of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />Village of Elk Grove Village to the La Salle National Bank, as <br />Trustee, under Trust No. 51590, in order to permit the construction <br />of an addition to an existing building located at 2201 Arthur <br />Avenue, Elk Grove Village, and legally described as follows: <br />Lots 117 to 121 inclusive in Centex Industrial <br />Park Unit No. 11, being a subdivision in <br />Section 35, Township 41 North, Range 11, East <br />of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, <br />Illinois. <br />Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in full force and <br />effect from and after its passage, approval and publication <br />
