ORDINANCE NO. 1113 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8.005, <br />REQUIRED IMPROVEMENTS FOR SUBDIVISIONS, <br />AS IT PERTAINS TO AVAILABILITY OF VILLAGE <br />OWNED WATER AND SEWER FACILITIES, AND <br />CHAPTER 22A, WATER AND SEWER, OF THE <br />MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE <br />VILLAGE <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trustees of the <br />Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, Illinois, <br />as follows: <br />Section 1: That that portion of Section 8.005 pertaining to <br />the availability of Village owned water and sewer facilities to property <br />located within the Village be and the same is hereby amended to read <br />as follows: <br />Availability Of Village Owned Water and Sewer Facilities <br />To�roper y�L-oca�ecTF�7Je V1 <br />7Tage. <br />The Village shall make its water and sewer facilities <br />available to all real estate now or hereafter located <br />therein and <br />A) The property owner(s) shall pay connection <br />charges as provided in Chapter 22A of this Code. <br />B) The property owner(s) shall provide water and <br />sewer extension mains and water meters in accordance <br />with the provisions of this Code and as deemed necessary <br />by the Village Engineer. <br />C) Subdividers and developers shall: <br />(1). Construct and donate to the Village <br />all extension mains, water distribution systems, <br />including transmission mains made necessary by such <br />extension, water meters, meter installation materials, <br />sewage collection systems, including intercepter <br />sewers made necessary by said extensions of the sewage <br />collection systems and lift stations, if any. <br />(2). Construct same in accordance with the <br />Village Code relative thereto and in a manner <br />satisfactory to the Village Engineer. <br />(3). Pay all fees per acre designated at the <br />time of annexation at the time the developer or <br />owner(s) seeks a water connection in the areas <br />hereinafter described: <br />(a). An area bounded on the north by <br />Biesterfield Road and the west by Rohlwing <br />Road, on the south by Devon Avenue and on <br />the east by the Village limits. Also, an <br />area bounded on the east by Rohlwing Road <br />and by the Village limits on the north, <br />west and south (said area as shown on <br />
