ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDLNANCF GRAN`1'7NG A VARIATION TO PROPERTY LOCATED <br />AT 100 ` UPNER AVENUE Gk); Id if") Corp.lThomos Const. Co.) <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals did conduct a public hearing <br />on whether or not to grant the hereinafter described variation; and <br />WHEREAS, due notice and publication was had of said hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals found that a practical <br />hardship did exist and there would be no adverse effect if the <br />variation were granted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, Illinois, as follows: <br />Section 1: That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk <br />Grove Village be and is hereby varied so as to permit the improvement <br />of premises at 100 Turner Avenue with a building which would have a <br />minimum lot width at front yard line of 32.17 feet rather than the <br />required 150 feet, on the East side yard 51 feet rather than the <br />required 75 feet and observe a North side yard of 73 feet rather than <br />the required 75 feet.
