ORDINANCE NO. 907 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 5.1 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br />OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE VILLAGE AS IT RELATES TO MINIMUM LOT AREA <br />IN AN R-3 DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Elk Grove Village, <br />sitting as a zoning board, conducted a public hearing according to law, upon <br />the petition of the Chicago Title and Trust Co., Trust No.46221, and Vale <br />Development Co., to consider the question of granting a variation of Section 5.1 <br />of Article 5, Zoning Districts, of the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk <br />Grove Village, as it concerns minimum lot area in an R-3 District, on property <br />legally described hereinafter; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove <br />Village, having considered the recommendation of said Zoning Board of Appeals, <br />find and believe it to be in the best interests of the Village that such varia- <br />tions be granted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board of Trustees of <br />the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, as follows: <br />SECTION l: That there be granted a variation of Section 5.1 - DIMENSIONS, <br />BULK AND AREA REGULATIONS FOR ALL ZONING DISTRICTS, of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Village of Elk Grove Village (Ordinance No. 842) to the Chicago Title and <br />Trust Co., Trustee under Trust No. 46221, and the Vale Development Co. on <br />property legally described hereinafter: <br />Lot 33 in Block 1, in Elk Grove Village, Section 19, being <br />a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 10, <br />East of the Third Principal Meridian, in Cook County, Illinois, <br />excepting therefrom that portion lying east of the west line <br />of Rohlwing Road, per document No. 11069335,dated April 5, <br />1932. <br />The variation for Lot 33 to permit a minimum lot area of 7,149 square feet. <br />Lot 34 in Block 1, in Elk Grove Village, Section 19, <br />being a subdivision in Section 36, Township 41 North <br />Range 10, East of the Third Principal Meridian, in <br />Cook County, Illinois, excepting therefrom that portion <br />lying east of the west line of Rohlwing Road, per document <br />No. 11069335, dated April 5, 1932. <br />The variation for Lot 34 to permit a minimum lot area of 7,154 square feet. <br />
