ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE <br />ANNEXED TO THE VILLAGE OF ELI: GROVE VILLAGE <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have pursuant <br />to statute:; of the State of Illinois and the Ordinance of the <br />Village o;' Elk Grove Village, heretofore conducted a public hearing <br />to consider the zoning of certain real estate upon its annexation <br />to the Village of Elk Grove Village; and <br />WHEREAS, said real estate has heretofore been annexed to <br />the Village; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have determined <br />that it is appropriate and suitable that said real estate as annexed <br />be zoned as hereafter provided: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board <br />of Trustees of the Village'of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage; Illinois, as follows: <br />Section 1: That real estate hereafter described be and the <br />same as hereby classified as B-3, subject to the terms and limitations <br />and provisions of an Ordinance entitled Elk Grove Zoning Ordinance, <br />passed and approved December 19, 1972, known as Ordinance No. 842: <br />That part of the West 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of <br />Section 36, Township 41 North, Range 11, East of <br />the Thi 1 Principal meridian (except the Easterly <br />50.0 feet thereof) described as follows: BEGINNING <br />at a point of intersection of the north line of the <br />northwest 1/4 of said Section 36 with the West line <br />of the Easterly 50.0 feet of said West half of the <br />northwest 1/4 of said Section 36; thence West along <br />the north line of the northwest 1/4 of said Section <br />36, to a point 176.25 feet East of the West line of <br />the northwest 1/4 of said Section 36; thence south <br />parallel to the west line of said northwest 1/4 of <br />said Section 36, 369.60 feet to the north line of <br />-1- <br />
