ORDINANCE NO. 855 <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY SITE <br />PLAN FOR PROPERTY SUBJECT TO A-2 ZONING FOR <br />THE DEVELOPMENT OF SENIOR CITIZEN HOUSING, AND <br />GRANVING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT SUBJECT TO A <br />PARKING PLAN AGREEMENT FOR SAID PROPERTY <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove <br />Village has conducted a public hearing duly called and held <br />according to law to review a preliminary site plan for property <br />to be developed pursuant to A-2 Special Use Planned Development <br />Zoning for the development of senior citizen housing, and has <br />submitted its recommendations on such plan to the President and <br />Board of Trustees; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees, having review- <br />ed said recommendations find and believe that the granting of a <br />special use permit subject to a parking plan agreement is in the <br />best interests of the village. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the President and Board <br />of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook <br />and DuPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That the Preliminary Site Plan for property <br />legally described on the attached Exhibit A, which Plan was pre- <br />pared by Holabird and Root, Architects, is specified as Project <br />#11179, dated March 22, 1973 and rev.i_sed May 8, 1973 and May 29, <br />1973, be and is hereby approved. <br />Section 2: That there is hereby granted to the property <br />legally described on the attached Exhibit A a special use permit <br />wbe reby said property sha11 be developed and occupied as a planned <br />development for senior citizen housing pursuant to the Preliminary <br />Site Plan approved herein and pursuant to the Parking Plan Agreement <br />attached heretc, as Exhibit B. <br />
