ORDINANCE No. 612 <br />AN ORDI21ANCE AMI, -MING THE VILLAGE OF <br />ELY GROVE VILLAGE ZO'aI lG ORDINA.!C3 By <br />AUTHORIZING A SPECIAL U3E FIRER T TO <br />PERMIT A J RS'ING HOM ON B13i;ER ROAD <br />31? FEET SOUTH OF BIiSTERFIF,LD ROAD. <br />WHEREA3, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove <br />Village did conduct a public hearing to determine whether or not a <br />special use permit should be granted for the property hereinafter <br />described, and did so recoffnend; and <br />WHEREAS, it is deemed to the best interest of the Village <br />that a special use permit permitting sane be issued, subject to the <br />conditions and provisions of Ordinance No. 607. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and the <br />Board of Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of <br />Cook and DiPage, Illinois: <br />Section 1. That the zoning ordinance of the Village of Elk <br />Grove Village heretofore passed and approved, be amended so as to permit <br />the issuance of a special use permit for nursing home on the premises <br />hereinafter described, subject to all conditions and restrictions con- <br />tained in Ordinance No. 607, heretofore passed and adopted, and to the <br />additional condition that a street twenty-eight (28') feet in width <br />(or measured back to back) be installed as an extension of r,sner Road <br />from Biesterfield Road to Bristol Lane. <br />The South 325.00 feet of Lot 4.676 in Elk Grove V-111age <br />Section 15 being a subdivision of Section 32, Towlship <br />41 North, Range 11, East of the Third Principal Meridian <br />in Cook County, Illinois. <br />Section 2. That all administrative officials of the Village <br />of Elk Grove Village are authorized and directed to issue all necessary <br />permits so as to accomplish the proposed ordinance. <br />Section 3. Any person who violates, disobeys, neglects, or <br />refuses to comply with this ordinance shall be fined not more than One <br />Hundred (*100.00) Dollars nor less than Five (445.00) Dollars for each <br />offense and every day a violation is permitted to exist shall be a <br />separate offense. <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. <br />PASSED this 1st day of April , 1969. <br />APPROVED this 1st day of April _, 1969. <br />Jack D.
