ORDINANCE N0, 419 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE <br />VILLAGE'S ZONING ORDINANCE BY AUTHORIZING A <br />SPECIAL USE PERMIT PERMITTING CERTAIN BARNS TO <br />BE USED FOR THE STORAGE OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES, <br />FURNITURE AND EOUiOMENT AT 7132 TONNE ROAD, <br />ELK GG OVE VILLA04 <br />WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Elk Grove <br />Village, sitting, as a Zoning Commission at a public meeting duly <br />Called and held according to law (Appeal No. 65-5), considered the <br />question of granting a spatial use permit so that certain barns <br />could be used by SEhool District No, 59.for the storage of school <br />furniture and equipment; and <br />WHEREASy the President and Board of Trustees of the Village <br />of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage. Illinois, having <br />considered the recommendation of said Plan Commission, believe <br />that a special use permit should be granted; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook <br />and DuPage, Illinois: <br />Section 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Village of Elk <br />Grove Village passed and approved July 36 1957, known as Ordi- <br />nance No. 20, as amended, be amended further so as to permit a <br />special use permit for the storage of school furniture, equip- <br />ment and supplies on premises located at 732 Tonne Road, Elk <br />Grove Village, which premises consists of one main barn and two <br />smaller barns (all storage to be Inside). Said special use permit <br />to have no further fbrce and effect one year from the date of the <br />passage of this ordinance, <br />Section 2. .That any person, firm or corporation who violates, <br />disbbeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with or who resists <br />the enforcement of any of the provisions of this ordinance shall <br />be fined not more than One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars for each <br />offense, and each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall <br />constitute a separate offense, <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, approval and publication according to <br />law. <br />PASSED and APPROVED this 4th day of January, 1966. <br />Jack D.
