ORDINANCE NO. 377 <br />AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PARKING AND STORAGE OF TRUCKS <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, <br />Illinois: <br />Section 1. That Chapter 14 of the Municipal Code of the Village <br />of Elk Grove Village be and is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: <br />"14.513 No person shall stand or park any truck, tractor, <br />semi -trailer, or trailer, for a longer period than is <br />necessary for the reasonably expeditious loading or un- <br />loading of such vehicle. <br />Any vehicle parked in violation of this Section is here- <br />by declared to be a nuisance which may be abated by any <br />police officer by removing such vehicle to the Village <br />vehicle pound or to an authorized garage. All costs in <br />connection with the removing and storage of said vehicle <br />shall be borre by the violator." <br />Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />from and after its passage, approval and publication according to law. <br />PASSED this 14th day of January , 1965 <br />APPROVED this 14th day of January , 1965 <br />James R.
