ORDINANCE NO. 165 <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A SAIARY FOR THE <br />POLICE MAGISTRATE OF THE VILLAGE OF ELK <br />GROVE VILLAGE <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Cook County, Illinois. <br />Section 1 That the salary of the Police Magistrate of the <br />Village o-f-E=rove Village for the term of office commending in the <br />year 1961 shall be Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars per year, payable <br />in twelve (12) equal monthly installments. Said salary shall not be <br />deemed to include provision for a bailiff or clerk should the same be <br />necessary to the proper functioning of the Police Magistrate. <br />Section 2 The Police Magistrate shall W to the Village <br />Treasurer of the Village of Elk Grove Village all fees, costs arra <br />emoluments collected by him on or before the 10th of the month im- <br />mediately following the month in which collection of saws was made by <br />him, as provided for in Chapter 24, Section 9-73.2 of the Cities and <br />Villages Act of the Illinois Revised Statutes. <br />Section 3 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect <br />upon its passage and approval, according,.tn law. <br />PASSED this 27th day of March, 1961. <br />APPROVED this 27th day of March, 1961. <br />Charles A.
