Resolution No. 11-00 <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTED TO THE COOK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS, <br />COOK COUNTY BOARD OF APPEALS, AND THE COOK COUNTY CLERK FOR <br />TRANSMITTAL TO COOK COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS CONCERNING <br />THE PUBLIC HEARING HELD BY THE COOK COUNTY ZONING BOARD OF <br />APPEALS (DOCKET #6947) ON MARCH 13, 2000 REGARDING THE SPECIAL <br />USE/UNIQUE USE PERMIT OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH SIDE OF DEVON <br />AVENUE APPROXIMATELY 900 FEET EAST OF RIDGE AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, A. Tabangay, Attorney, and <br />owner, E. & L. Baer, of the property legally described as follows: <br />Lot 22 (Except the North 210 Feet Thereof) in William <br />Lumpp's Devon Avenue Farms, being a Subdivision of <br />the South 1i of Section 33, Township 41 North, Range <br />11, East of the Third Principal Meridian, as per Plat <br />thereof Recorded as Document 13364273, in Cook <br />County, Illinois. <br />have petitioned for a Special Use Permit/Unique Use for an <br />automobile storage facility in a R-4 Single Family Residence <br />District; and, <br />WHEREAS, said case has been docketed as Docket Number 6947 by <br />the Cook County Zoning Board of Appeals; and <br />WHEREAS, the Village of Elk Grove is contiguous to this <br />property on the north and west sides. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and <br />DuPage, State of Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That the Village of Elk Grove Village does hereby <br />register objection to the petitioner's request for Special <br />Use/Unique Use Permits of the Subject Property described above for <br />the following reasons: <br />
