EXHIBIT "A" <br />8.19 Administrative Leave <br />In the case of non -unionized managerial, supervisory and professional <br />personnel, it is implicit in the nature of their positions, that time. <br />beyond the normal work schedule may often necessarily be spent on the <br />job. As a means to recognize responsive, responsible, and quality <br />performance, the Village Manager may, from time to time, authorize <br />Administrative Leave. It will be entirely at the Manager's discretion <br />and will not be of a completely remunerative nature. <br />
