RESOLUTION NO. 28-88 <br />A RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF CLASS 6b INCENTIVE ABATEMENT <br />FOR PLANNED NEW CONSTRUCTION <br />IN THE VILLAGE OF ELK GROVE, ILLINOIS, AT <br />LOT 2 IN SANTOK RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 75 IN CENTEX <br />INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 46, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN <br />SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, RANGE 11, EAST OF <br />THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, <br />ILLINOIS. <br />WHEREAS, the Cook County Real Property Classification Ordinance, <br />as amended on October 1, 1984, provides for real estate tax incentive <br />abatements for newly constructed buildings or other structures, or <br />buildings and other structures which have been substantially <br />rehabilitated to the extent said rehabilitation has added to their <br />value; and <br />WHEREAS, American Vending Sales, Inc. desires to obtain a real <br />estate tax incentive abatement for its planned new construction of <br />50,000 square foot manufacturing building at <br />LOT 2 IN SANTOK RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 75 IN CENTEX INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />UNIT 46, BEING A SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 41 NORTH, <br />RANGE 11, EAST OF THE THIRD PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, IN COOK COUNTY, <br />Elk Grove, Illinois, pursuant to Class 6b, of Section 2, of the <br />aforementioned Cook County Ordinance; and <br />WHEREAS, in order to obtain a Class 6b incentive abatement, <br />American Vending Sales, Inc. needs a resolution of the Village of Elk <br />Grove approving American Vending Sales, Inc.'s property as approriate <br />for incentive abatement; and <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />Elk Grove have reviewed the proposed plans for the new construction <br />and have reviewed the general area and location of the proposed new <br />construction; and <br />
