I <br />11 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 24-71 <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ALTERNATE JUDGES OF ELECTION <br />WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of <br />Elk Grove Village, on the 6th day of April, 1971, did pass Ordinance No. 737, <br />which Ordinance called for a regular election to be held on April 20, 1971 <br />entitled: <br />and, <br />"An Ordinance calling for a regular election of officers <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village on Tuesday, April <br />20, 1971." <br />WHEREAS, to carry out and execute said ordinance of referendum <br />it is necessary that judges of election, for the various precincts <br />referred to in the above entitled ordinance, be appointed, and Resolution <br />No. �3-71 has so appointed Judges of Election, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary that alternate Judges of Election be <br />appointed to serve if necessary. <br />NOW, THEREFORE; BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of <br />Trustees of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and Du Page, <br />Illinois: <br />SECTION 1. That the hereinafter designated persons be and are <br />hereby appointed alternate Judges of Election and for the regular election <br />referred to above. Their compensation to be Thirty-five ($35.00) Dollars <br />per day. <br />
