ORDINANCE NO. 3156 <br />AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION OF SECTION 3-7:D.3 OF THE <br />ZONING ORDINANCE TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FENCE <br />WHICH WOULD EXTEND APPROXIMATELY FIFTEEN (15) FEET BEYOND <br />THE LINE EXTENDED FROM THE NEAREST FRONT CORNER OF THE <br />PRINCIPAL BUILDING LOCATED ON THE ADJACENT SINGLE-FAMILY <br />LOT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1886 GIBSON, ELK GROVE VILLAGE, <br />ILLINOIS (SACCO) <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Appeals, at a meeting duly called and held <br />according to law, considered the question of granting a variation of Section 3-7:1).3 of the <br />Zoning Ordinance pertaining to the location of fences to permit the installation of a fence <br />which would extend fifteen (15) feet beyond a line extended from the nearest front <br />corner of the principal building located on the adjacent single-family lot: and <br />WHEREAS, the Mayor and Board of Trustees, after having reviewed the <br />recommendation and finding of said Zoning Board of Appeals find and believe that <br />sufficient hardship exists so as to justify the granting of said variation. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Board of Trustees <br />of the Village of Elk Grove Village, Counties of Cook and DuPage, Illinois as follows: <br />Section 1: That there be granted a variation of Section 3-7:D.3 of the Zoning <br />Ordinance to permit the installation of a fence which would extend approximately fifteen <br />(15) feet beyond a line extended from the nearest front corner of the principal building <br />located on the adjacent single-family lot for property located at 1886 Gibson, Elk Grove. <br />Village and identified by the following property index number: <br />07-26-408-047-0000 <br />
