CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration of a request from High School District 214, <br /> to waive the Village's vehicle sticker fee for the period <br /> May 1, 2003 thought April 30, 2004 in the amount of <br /> $32. 50. <br /> (The fee waiver request is for a newly acquired <br /> Activity Bus, which is housed at Elk Grove High School. <br /> (The amount of the waiver is $32.50, which is the <br /> prorated price of all $65. 00 Class DIF vehicles. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to <br /> grant fee waivers for government and non-profit <br /> organizations. <br /> (A report from the Director of Finance, recommending <br /> approval, is attached. ) <br /> B) Consideration of a request from the Church of St. Nicholas <br /> to waive all permit fees for their Mayfest event on <br /> Saturday, May 22. <br /> (The activities will begin at 8: 00 a.m. and are <br /> expected to conclude at 7:00 p.m. <br /> (The event will feature a garage sale, small food <br /> concession of hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn and drinks, <br /> kid's games, a moonwalk and pony rides. <br /> (St. Nicholas has indicated that they will be <br /> notifying neighbors about the event by placing door <br /> hangers on homes within a 3 block vicinity of the Church <br /> two weeks prior to the event. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to <br /> grant fee waivers for government and non-profit <br /> organizations. ) <br />
