CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration to authorize payment in the amount of $6,925 <br /> for FY 04/05 membership dues to the Northeastern Illinois <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> (The Northeastern Illinois Planning Commission (NIPC) <br /> works to address regional issues such as public transit <br /> planning, solid waste management, floodplain wetland <br /> protection, traffic and storm water management. <br /> (Adequate funds are budgeted and available for this <br /> purpose. ) <br /> B) Consideration to hold a public hearing before the Plan <br /> Commission to consider the petition of T-Mobile for a <br /> Special Use to locate its antennas on an existing building <br /> structure at 2200 Pratt Boulevard. <br /> (T-Mobile is in the process of filling coverage gaps <br /> and attempting to penetrate into O'Hare Airport. Several <br /> Village-owned sites have been proposed to the petitioner, <br /> but due to the proximity to the airport and the existence <br /> of an existing structure within the area they are trying <br /> to cover, the petitioner feels this site is the most <br /> feasible location. <br /> (Under the Village's Antenna Siting Policy, this site <br /> requires a Plan Commission hearing. ) <br /> C) Consideration to renew a contract with the Illinois <br /> Criminal Justice Information Authority, Chicago, IL in the <br /> amount of $18,480 to provide computer hardware access and <br /> software programming and maintenance for the Police <br /> Information Management System (PIKS) for the period July <br /> 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005. <br />
