CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration of a request from the Elk Grove Chamber of <br /> Commerce (EGCC) for payment of dues for FY 04/05 in the <br /> amount of $350. 00. <br /> (This amount covers the Village's dues from May 1, <br /> 2004 to April 30, 2005. <br /> B) Consideration to award a professional service contract to <br /> AOS Associates of Plainfield, IL for construction <br /> engineering services for the Salt Creek Streambank <br /> Stabilization Improvements - Phase II in an amount not to <br /> exceed $16,540. <br /> (In addition to paying 60$ of the construction costs, <br /> the TEPA Section 319 Grant will also pay for 60% of the <br /> construction engineering costs. <br /> (The lead engineer on this project has left Earth Tech <br /> to form her own company known as AOS Associates. Due to <br /> her in-depth involvement and excellent performance on this <br /> project, AOS was asked to submit a proposal for the <br /> construction inspection and review engineering services. <br /> (The fee is reasonable for the proposed services. <br /> (A report from the Director of Engineering & Community <br /> Development, recommending approval, is attached. ) <br /> C) Consideration to grant a variation from the Village Code, <br /> Section 8-12B-1-1D, "Easements', to permit the <br /> construction of a shed which will encroach five-feet into <br /> a ten-foot public utility easement at 81 Evergreen Street. <br />
