CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration of a request (attached) from the Elk Grove Lions Club to waive all permit <br /> and license fees for the 4`h of July fireworks display. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for governmental <br /> and non-profit organizations.) <br /> B) Consideration of a request (attached) from Alexian Brothers Medical Center to waive <br /> permit fees in the amount of $5,016.50 for their air handling equipment replacement <br /> project located at 800 Biesterfield Road. <br /> (The air handlers serve patient care areas, patient/family waiting areas and the <br /> operating rooms. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for Alexian <br /> Brothers Medical Center and non-profit organizations. <br /> (A report from the Director of Engineering and Community Development, <br /> recommending approval, is attached.) <br /> C) Consideration to allow the placement of one table and four chairs in front and four <br /> additional chairs along the west-side of Cold Stone Creamery to accommodate outdoor <br /> seating during the summer months. <br /> (The Village has occasionally permitted similar requests for food establishments <br /> located in shopping centers. <br /> (Staff has reviewed the proposal to ensure that there will be no detrimental effects on <br /> the immediate area and that the petitioner will properly maintain the site for cleanliness <br /> and trash. <br /> (If, at any time, the petitioner fails to meet the requirements of the Village, the <br /> special permission will be rescinded.) <br /> (A report from the Director of Engineering & Community Development, <br /> recommending approval, is attached.) <br />
