CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration of a request (attached) from the Queen of the Rosary Parish for <br /> the following items associated with the "Bistro on the Boulevard" fundraising <br /> event to be held on September 18, 2004: <br /> • To issue a Class A liquor license for this event; and <br /> • To waive the liquor license fee and all fees incidental to the event. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to waive permit fees for <br /> not-for-profit agencies. The fee amount for the Class A liquor license is <br /> $2,500.00. <br /> (A report from the Village Clerk is attached.) <br /> B) Consideration of a request (attached) from the Elk Grove Park District to waive <br /> license fees for their annual Arts in the Park festival. <br /> (The total amount of the waiver is $200, or$100 for a caterer's license and <br /> $100 for a general retail license. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for <br /> governmental and non-profit organizations.) <br /> C) Consideration to allow the placement of tables and chairs for Roccovino's <br /> Italian Eatery at 627 Meacham, along both fronts of the store to accommodate <br /> outdoor seating during the summer months. <br /> (The Village has occasionally permitted similar requests for food <br /> establishments located in shopping centers. <br /> (Staff has reviewed the proposal to ensure that there will be no detrimental <br /> effects on the immediate area and that the petitioner will properly maintain the <br /> site for cleanliness and trash. <br />
