Consideration of a request from Queen of the Rosary Parish to waive fees for a temporary <br /> Class D Liquor License and a Food Caterer's License in the amount of$2,200 for an <br /> Alumni Gathering on Saturday,November 26, 2016 at 750 Elk Grove Boulevard. <br /> (The fee for a Class D Liquor License is $2,100 and the fee for a Food Caterer's License is <br /> $100. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for governmental and <br /> non-profit organizations.) <br /> b. Consideration to increase a construction contract with Landmark Contractors, Inc. of <br /> Huntley, IL for the Biesterfield and Wellington Streetscape Improvements Project in the <br /> amount of$29,006.18 from the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> (The original contract with Landmark Contractors, Inc. includes the installation of the new <br /> electronic message boards, the gateway arch and signage,the Pavilion sign, landscaping <br /> and irrigation. <br /> (The project scope was increased to include brick paver and landscaping work at Veteran's <br /> Memorial Park, necessitating a contract increase. <br /> (This contract total is still below the original contract budget. <br /> (Adequate funds are available in the Capital Projects Fund. <br /> (The Director of Community Development recommends approval.) <br /> c.
