He <br /> said that a newer, updated version of the modified Hampton product <br /> would be constructed on this parcel. This version of the Hampton <br /> would have a greater roof pitch, a different elevation with more <br /> brick, and an upgraded interior. The development will be called <br /> Inverness Court and will conform strictly with the preliminary <br /> plat. The plans include eleven buildings. <br /> John Glass inquired if staff had reviewed the plat. Robin <br /> Weaver listed several minor staff comments. <br /> Harker further stated that Centex had put a lot of effort into <br /> the landscaping of this parcel. Approximately $1,800 per unit had <br /> been put into the landscaping. <br /> Following further discussion, Fred Geinosky motioned to <br /> recommend approval of the plat of subdivision subject to staff <br /> review and Clark Fulton seconded it. The vote for approval passed <br /> • unanimously. <br />
