Carley, President, Crow-Chaseaood Company <br /> David Grossberg, Attorney, Crow-Chasewood Company <br /> Craig Hartman, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill <br /> David Miller, Metro Transportration Group <br /> Rolf Campbell, Rolf C. Campbell & Associates, Inc. <br /> Eugene Seinard, Appraiser <br /> Pat McKillian, Trammell Crow, Office Division <br /> Arnold Seeburg, Advance Consulting Engineers <br /> The proposal is to develop the 77.9 acre parcel into 676 apartment <br /> units, two corporate office buildings along I-290, and two restaurants <br /> in the southern portion of the property. <br /> Mr. Carley presented slides detailing information on the Crow- <br /> Chasewood Company, a similar residential development they own in <br /> Willowbrook,and plans for this site. He noted that he and his <br /> associates had met twice with adjacent property owners before the <br /> hearing in order to explain their plan and acquire input. The <br /> architect, Mr. Hartman, noted that the proposed buildings would be <br /> • located at the following distances from existing residences: <br /> 205' to residence on Cheltenham Road <br /> 454' to residence north of Circle Bay Estates <br /> 298' to residence south of Circle Bay Estates <br /> 248' from restaurant to nearest residence at Circle Bay Estates <br />
