MINUTES <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> January 26, 1976 <br /> The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order <br /> at 8: 15 p.m. on Monday, January 26, 1976, in the Staff Conference Room <br /> of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: STAFF PRESENT: <br /> William Shannon Gary Parrin , <br /> Leah Cummins Administrative Assistant <br /> Edward Hauser Thomas Rettenbacher, <br /> Thomas Hamilton Building Commissioner <br /> Alvin Krasnow <br /> Stanley Klyber <br /> Wm. Wesley (9:00 p.m.) <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> Warren Jacobsen <br /> Eli and Dina Field Resubdivision <br /> Action on this resubdivision was deferred because the plat <br /> did not include lot or unit numbers . The corrections were properly <br /> reflected on the plat and resubmitted. <br /> Krasnow moved to approve the resubdivision. Klyber seconded <br /> the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> T & G Resubdivision <br /> This property is located a few hundred feet north of Landmeier <br /> at the northwest corner of Landmeier Road and Lively Boulevard. <br /> Klyber moved to approve the resubdivision. Cummins seconded <br /> the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> Higgins Industrial Park Unit No. 173 <br /> The Village Engineer approved Unit No. 173 and noted that it <br /> is not in the flood plain. <br /> Cummins moved to approve the resubdivision. Hauser seconded <br /> the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> Centex Industrial Park Unit No. 198 <br /> Hamilton moved to approve the subdivision of the property, <br /> located at the southeast corner of Lively and Pratt Boulevards. <br /> Krasnow seconded the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> Section 22 <br /> Bob Calkins , Steve Bilheimer, Mike Ives and Rick Burton were <br /> present for an informal discussion of the development of Section 22. <br /> The following is the plan data for the 187.3 acre tract . <br />
