MINUTES <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> August 20, 1975 <br /> The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to order <br /> at 8:07 p.m. in the Staff Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 901 <br /> Wellington Avenue. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> Alvin Krasnow Edward Hauser <br /> Warren Jacobsen Richard McGrenera <br /> Stanley Klyber William Wesley <br /> Thomas Hamilton STAFF PRESENT: <br /> William Shannon Gary Parrin, Adm. Assistant <br /> Leah Cummins <br /> Elk Grove Estates Homeowners Association <br /> Mr. John J. Woods , Resident Manager of the Elk Grove Estates <br /> Homeowners Association, has requested a special use permit for a temporary <br /> mobile office to be located off Cosman Road, one block west of Charles <br /> Drive. The permit would be for the period ending December 31 , 1976. <br /> The Building Department had no objection to the temporary use. <br /> Cummins moved to approve the special use permit under the <br /> provisions mentioned in the Building Commissioner' s August 20, 1975 <br /> memo and in accordance with Mr. Walter's letter of August 20, 1975. <br /> Krasnow seconded the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> Rohlwing Grove Unit I <br /> Rohlwing Grove Unit I is located at the northeast corner of <br /> Devon Avenue and Rohlwing Road (a portion of the SBL property) . Cummins <br /> moved to approve the subdivision. Shannon seconded the motion. All <br /> present voted 'AYE' . <br /> C-S Resubdivision (Northeast Corner of Nicholas Boulevard & Devon Avenue) <br /> Klyber moved to approve C-S Resubdivision. Krasnow seconded <br /> the motion. All present voted 'AYE' . <br /> Vale Tract <br /> Steve Bilheimer, of Centex Corporation, would prefer to work <br /> with Elk Grove Village's present R-4 PUD district and incorporate within <br /> the R-4 the Plan Commission's reply to the questions presented in the <br /> joint memorandum prepared by the Village Attorney and the Planning <br /> Consultant. <br /> Bilheimer will prepare an R-5 Ordinance based on the present <br /> R-4 and to the remarks presented by the Commission to the questions in <br /> the joint memorandum. <br />
