MINUTES <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> July 2, 1975 <br /> The regular meeting of the Plan Commission was called to <br /> order at 7:25 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building, <br /> 901 Wellington Avenue. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: CONSULTANT PRESENT: <br /> Richard McGrenera Tod Trayser <br /> William Wesley <br /> Edward Hauser (8: 15) STAFF PRESENT: <br /> Stanley Klyber Joseph J. Misurelli , <br /> Leah Cummins Administrative Intern <br /> William Shannon <br /> Alvin Krasnow ATTORNEY PRESENT: <br /> Thomas Hamilton Edward C. Hofert, <br /> Village Attorney <br /> Proposed Annexation of Szywala Property <br /> Mr. Szywala (property owner/developer) ; Mr. DiLeonardi , attorney for Mr. <br /> Szywala ; and Mr. Campbell , planning consultant for Mr. Szywala, presented <br /> information regarding 80 acre and 50 acre parcels that would be annexed <br /> to the Village. The two parcels would be zoned R-3, single family. The <br /> Commissioners desired soil boring/site analysis information in addition <br /> to comments from the Village staff. <br /> Starr Petition <br /> Hamilton moved to approve Docket 75-6, Special Use Permit for an Antenna <br /> Tower. Klyber seconded. During the discussion, Wesley noted that he was <br /> opposed to even the 35 foot tower permitted under the ordinance. The <br /> following voted 'AYE' : Klyber, Krasnow, Hamilton; 'NAY' : Cummins , Hauser, <br /> Wesley; 'ABSTAIN' : Shannon. Chairman McGrenera voted 'AYE' to break the <br /> tie and he declared the motion approved. <br /> Public Hearing: Docket 75-9 <br /> The Pagni & Son Public Hearing was delayed thirty-five minutes pending <br /> the appearance of the petitioner or a representative of the petitioner. <br /> The hearing was called to order at 8:34 p.m. on Wednesday, July 2, 1975 <br /> in the Council Chamber of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. <br /> The Hearing was adjourned at 8:35 p.m. due to absence of the petitioner <br /> or representative of the petitioner. <br /> Commissioner Krasnow left at 8:47 p.m. <br />
