\\j ppp´┐Ż <br /> Pr PP/ <br /> MINUTES <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> December 2, 1974 <br /> The Public Hearing on Docket 74-13 (DeBruyne Annexation) was called <br /> to order at 8:08 P.M. on Monday, December 2, 1974 in the Council Chamber <br /> of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: Richard Mc Grenera <br /> Leah Cummins <br /> Edward Hauser <br /> Alvin Krasnow <br /> Marc Grice <br /> William Wesley <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: Thomas Hamilton <br /> Joseph Cimino <br /> Trustees Present: Edward Kenna <br /> Nanci Vanderweel <br /> Staff Present: Thomas Rettenbacher, Building Commissioner <br /> Gary Parrin, Administrative Intern <br /> Docket 74-13 <br /> The Plan Commission held a public hearing for the DeBruyne Annexation <br /> petition, to consider amendments to the Comprehensive Plan and Official Map <br /> to reflect B-3 and A-1 zoning for Mr. De Bruyne' s property. In addition, <br /> amendments to the above are to show the future extension of Biesterfield <br /> Road between Rohlwing Road and Meacham Road. <br /> At 8:52 P.M. the hearing was adjourned. The Plan Commission recon- <br /> vened in the Staff Conference Room. <br /> Melvin Subdivision <br /> A point was raised that there are severe soil limitations for the property, <br /> but if the recommendations of the North Cook County Soil & Water Conserva- <br /> tion District are followed, no problems should arise. <br /> Cummins moved to approve the Melvin Subdivision. Hauser seconded <br /> the motion. All present voted Aye (Wesley was absent) . <br /> Centex Industrial Park Unit 192 <br /> Cummins moved to approve Unit 192. Krasnow seconded the motion. All <br /> present voted Aye. <br /> Though approved by the Village Engineer, the plat was lacking the <br /> approval stamp. The Village Engineer will be asked to correct this over- <br /> sight. <br /> Richard's Third Resubdivision <br /> A report from the North Cook County Soil & Water Conservation District <br /> will be available by December 12 in regard to the above property. Since a <br /> portion of the property is in the flood plain, the Commission will await <br /> the report and then consider the resubdivision at the December 16 Plan <br /> Commission meeting. <br />
