Minutes <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> Date: Wednesday, October 5, 1983 <br /> Location: Council Chamber <br /> Elk Grove Village Municipal Building <br /> 901 Wellington Avenue <br /> The meeting was called to order by Chairman Glass at 8:08 p.m. <br /> Members Present Member Absent <br /> John Glass, Chairman George Mullen <br /> Leah Cummins, Secretary <br /> Orrin Stangeland <br /> Clark Fulton <br /> Frederick Geinosky <br /> David Paliganoff <br /> Staff Present <br /> Thomas Rettenbacher, Building Commissioner <br /> Jon Wildenberg, Administrative Assistant <br /> Centex Plat of Resubdivision - <br /> Section 23B (R-3 Special Use District) <br /> Gerald Harker of Centex Homes delivered a Plat of Resubdivision, <br /> for the area in Section 23B under consideration to be rezoned R-3 Special <br /> Use, to the Plan Commission. Chairman Glass directed the plat to Staff <br /> for review and processing. <br /> Public Hearing - Docket 83-9: Petition of <br /> U.S. Homes Corporation to amend the Park <br /> Orleans Final Land Use and Zoning Map <br /> The Public Hearing was called to order by Chairman Glass at 8:12 p.m. <br /> Irwin Liter, attorney for U.S. Homes, presented witnesses to testify <br /> on behalf of U.S. Homes: Paul Ulatowski, professional engineer; Duane <br /> Cerniglia, Vice President for Construction - U.S. Homes; and Martin <br /> P.einheimer, architect. <br /> Paul Ulatowski began the testimony by explaining the purpose and <br /> impact of the petition. The purpose is to provide U.S. Homes with the <br /> ability to build one (1) of two (2) options in the "B" phases of the <br /> remaining three (3) buildings to be constructed at the Park Orleans <br /> condominium development. One option would be the currently approved <br /> plan to build 36 units with the following bedroom mix: <br /> 15 - one bedroom <br /> 18 - two bedroom <br /> 3 - three bedroom <br /> The second option would be to build 24 units having the following bedroom <br /> mix: <br /> 0 - one bedroom <br /> 15 - two bedroom <br /> 9 - three bedroom <br />
