To reiterate, the Plan Commission recommends that the <br /> following arterial streets be considered for conditional business use: <br /> 1) Higgins Road <br /> 2) Elmhurst Road <br /> 3) Busse Road <br /> 4) Devon Avenue (East of Tonne Road) <br /> 5) Oakton Street (East of Lively Boulevard) <br /> 6) Landmeier Road (East of Lively Boulevard) <br /> 7) Nerge Road (East of Rohlwing Road to Devon Avenue) <br /> In addition, the following arterial streets were discussed; it is <br /> recommended that the zoning remain as is until the area is further <br /> developed and development trends can be observed: <br /> 1) Devon Avenue (West of Tonne Road) <br /> 2) Arlington Heights Road <br />
