MINUTES <br /> Elk Grove Village Plan Commission <br /> DATE: Wednesday, June 3, 1987 <br /> Location: Council Chamber <br /> 901 Wellington Avenue <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> John Glass, Chairman <br /> Clark Fulton, Acting Secretary <br /> David Paliganoff <br /> Philip Knudsen <br /> Fred Geinosky <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> Leah Cummins, Secretary <br /> George Mullen <br /> STAFF PRESENT: <br /> Thomas Rettenbacher, Building Commissioner <br /> Julie Carius, Administrative Intern <br /> The meeting and the public hearing were called to order <br /> at 8:12 p.m. <br /> Northwest National Bank Rezoning Petition B-2 to B-3 <br /> (Elk Crossing Shopping Center) (P.H. 6-3-87) <br /> PRESENT: <br /> Lawrence Freedman, Attorney representing Northwest National Bank <br /> Kenneth Behles, Architect for Northwest National Bank <br /> William Nagel, Senior Vice President, Northwest National Bank <br /> Norman Toberman, Engineer, Northwest National Bank <br /> Anthony Cassata, Architect, Daly & Associates <br /> James Aldrich, President, Northwest National Bank <br /> Chairman Glass opened the meeting and public hearing <br /> by stating that Northwest National Bank has petitioned the <br /> Village for rezoning from B-2, general business, to B-3, <br /> automotive business. Chairman Glass added that the petitioner <br /> failed to post the public hearing notice on the property <br /> on time. As a result, the Plan Commission will hear the <br /> testimony and allow members of the planning commission and <br /> any others present to ask questions. Following the questions, <br /> the public hearing will be recessed until Wednesday, July <br /> 8, at 9 p.m. <br /> Lawrence Freedman opened by stating that his client, <br /> Northwest National Bank, is seeking a rezoning petition <br /> from B-2 to B-3 to allow for drive-up banking services at <br /> NW National Bank which will be located on Lot 2 of the Elk <br /> Crossing Shopping Center, fronting on Biesterfield Road. <br />
