The <br /> request for a reduction in the width of some parking spaces from 9' to <br /> 8' 6" was eliminated. The other revisions were minor and based on <br /> Staff recommendations. <br /> Following discussion, George Mullen made a motion, seconded by Leah <br /> Cummins, to recommend approval of the revised text amendment (Exhibit D <br /> as corrected and Exhibit G, both attached) . The motion was passed <br /> unanimously (Knudsen absent) . <br /> SIXPENCE INN: Special Use Permit <br /> (SW corner of Oakton Street and Busse Road) <br /> Members considered a request by the Sixpence Inns of America Co. <br /> to extend a Special Use Permit for a restaurant at the Southwest corner <br /> or Oakton Street and Busse Road. The extension requested was two years. <br /> Members considered the facts that one two year extension had <br /> already been granted and that Sixpence Inns had indicated in writing <br /> that a contract has been made with Denny's Restaurant. A motion was <br /> made by George Mullen, seconded by Clark Fulton and passed unanimously <br /> (Knudsen absent) to recommend approval of a one year extension to the <br /> Sixpence Inn's Special Use Permit. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M. <br />
