Minutes <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> Wednesday, December 1, 1982 <br /> The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was called to <br /> order at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, December 1, 1982 in the Multi-Purpose <br /> Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: <br /> Glass, John R. , Chairman <br /> Cummins, Leah, Secretary <br /> Geinosky, Frederick C. <br /> Mullen, George E. <br /> MEMBERS ABSENT: <br /> Fulton, Clark <br /> Paliganoff, David J. <br /> Stangeland, Orrin J. <br /> Great-West Industrial Subdivision <br /> It was moved and seconded to approve a railroad siding easement <br /> on the plat of subdivision. The Building and Engineering Departments <br /> have reviewed the revised plat and find it to be acceptable. The motion <br /> was approved unanimously by those present. <br /> Conditional Business Use <br /> It was recommended that the following arterial streets be considered <br /> for Conditional Business Use: <br /> 1) Higgins Road <br /> 2) Elmhurst Road <br /> 3) Busse Road <br /> 4) Devon Avenue (East of Tonne Road) <br /> 5) Oakton Street (East of Lively Boulevard) <br /> 6) Landmeier Road (East of Lively Boulevard) <br /> 7) Nerge Road (East of Rohlwing Road to Devon Avenue) <br /> The following arterial streets were discussed; it was recommended <br /> that the zoning remain as is, until the area is further developed and <br /> development trends can be observed. <br /> 1) Devon Avenue (West of Tonne Road) <br /> 2) Arlington Heights Road <br /> 3) Meacham Road <br /> 4) Biesterfield Road <br /> 5) Rohlwing Road <br /> 6) Tonne Road <br /> nest page, please . . . <br />
