• • <br /> Minutes <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> Wednesday, September 1, 1982 <br /> The regularly scheduled meeting of the Plan Commission was called to <br /> order at 8:11 p.m. on Wednesday, September 2, 1982 in the Multi-Purpose <br /> Room of the Municipal Building, 901 Wellington Avenue. <br /> MEMBERS PRESENT: MEMBER ABSENT: <br /> Glass, John R. , Chairman Stangeland, Orrin J. <br /> Cummins, Leah, Secretary <br /> Fulton, Clark <br /> Geinosky, Frederick C. <br /> Mullen, George E. <br /> Paliganoff,' David J. <br /> STAFF PRESENT: <br /> Jon P. Wilden:berg, Administrative Assistant <br /> Minutes of the August 18, 1982 Plan Commission meeting were approved by <br /> a unanimous voice vote. <br /> Docket 82-3: Petition of the First Arlington <br /> National Bank and John Gullo to rezone Lots 1 and 2 <br /> in the Gullo International Office and Industrial <br /> Center Subdivision from Office Transitional (O-T) <br /> to Restructed Industrial District (I-1) . <br /> The Plan Commission examined a memorandum from the JPZ Committee <br /> dated August 24, 1982 regarding Docket 82-3. Discussion of its contents <br /> followed. Chairman Glass requested additional information and/or <br /> authorization from the Village Board to commence appropriate proceedings <br /> consistent with the intent of the above referenced communication. <br /> Downsized Housing <br /> Glass announced the cancellation of a meeting between the Village <br /> Board and Cextex Homes to discuss downsized housing previously scheduled <br /> for September 21, 1982. Commission members requested to be kept -advised <br /> of a new meeting date and time. <br /> Hartmann's Subdivision <br /> A two-lot plat of subdivision located at the northeast corner of <br /> Lively Boulevard and Garlisch Drive was inspected by the Plan Commission. <br /> Mullen's motion to approve the plat was seconded by Paliganoff; whereupon <br /> the Commission unanimously voted in favor of accepting the plat. Chairman <br /> and Secretary signed the linen. <br />
