Minutes <br /> ELK GROVE VILLAGE PLAN COMMISSION <br /> Date: Wednesday, January 18, 1984 <br /> Location: Multi-Purpose Room <br /> Municipal Building <br /> 901 Wellington Avenue <br /> The meeting was called to order by Secretary Cummins at 8:13 p.m. <br /> Members Present: Members Absent: <br /> Leah Cummins, Secretary John Glass, Chairman <br /> Clark Fulton George Mullen <br /> Frederick Geinosky Orrin Stangeland <br /> David Paliganoff <br /> Staff Present: <br /> Thomas Rettenbacher, Building Commissioner <br /> Mark Toberman, Assistant Village Engineer <br /> Robin Weaver, Administrative Assistant <br /> Others Present: <br /> Joseph Luciani , Vice President, Centex Homes Midwest, Inc. <br /> Russell Taylor, Centex Homes Midwest, Inc. <br /> Jeannie Taylor, Centex Homes Midwest, Inc. <br /> Rolf Campbell, City Planner <br /> Morton Kaplan, Attorney <br /> Thomas Schreiner, Property Owner <br /> By the unanimous choice of all Plan Commission members present, Leah <br /> Cummins was asked to preside over the meeting in the Chairman's absence. <br /> I <br /> Final Land Use and Zoning Plat <br /> Section 26 - 240 Units <br /> (North of University Avenue) j <br /> Commission members stated that although there was a quorum <br /> present, there would be no action taken as they wished the other <br /> members to also be present when final decisions were made on this <br /> subdivision. <br /> Representatives of Centex Homes presented brief information i <br /> detailing the proposed plans for Section 26 within the A-3 Multi- <br /> Family/Recreational District. Centex Homes responded to written <br /> staff comments. Several points will be discussed between the <br /> Engineering Department and Centex Homes prior to the Plan Commission's I <br /> next meeting on this matter. Staff requested that parking spaces be <br /> drawn in and numbered on the drawings to aid in tabulation, discussion <br /> and analysis. Centex Homes also agreed to re-examine the plans in <br /> terms of space between buildings and rooftop height. <br /> I <br />
