Ballard <br /> Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman <br /> After discussion of Docket 69-2, concerning the rezoning from <br /> B-1 to M-1, Tom Hamilton moved that we approve said request. <br /> Seconded by Bill Shannon; vote was unanimous. <br /> Member Gerald Tvrdy arrived at the. meeting. Chai_k-mian Schwellen-- <br /> back left, and Mr. Bantner was appointed Acting Chairman . <br /> A discussion was " then held on D--c zet 69-1. It was decided to <br /> hold off any recommendation until the ordinance had been. approved. <br /> With respect to the proposed ordinance providing for nursing homes, <br /> Leah Cummins moved that said ordinance be returned to the Village <br /> attorneys for "rewriting. Seconded by Tom Hamilton. W. R_ Ballard <br /> and Dick Potkor voted against the motion, the balance of the <br /> members voted for; motion carried. <br /> Tom Hamilton then moved that the Plan Commission send to the <br /> Village attorneys the recrznmendations of the Fire Department for <br /> incorporation into the proposed ordinance, as well as recommend <br /> that on Section 2, sub-.heading 7 , "bathrooms" be changed to <br /> "bathroom; " on sub-heading 8, the last portion of the sentence <br /> be changed from "one space for each 800 feet of building .area" <br /> to "one space for each 800 square feet of floor area. " He also <br /> recommended that the Village attorneys give the proposedcrdinance <br /> a general_ refining to assure compliance with all other ordinances <br /> and restrictions of the Village . This was seconded by Gerald <br /> Tvrdy. W. R. Ballard and Dick Potker voted against; all other <br /> members voted in favor. Motion carried. <br />
