PLAN COMMISSION MEETING July 22, 1968 <br /> Members present were: <br /> Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman <br /> W. R. Ballard <br /> Tom Hamilton <br /> Gayle Bantner <br /> Frank Dillon <br /> An extensive discussion was held concerning drainage with Mr. Arbenson on <br /> Colebrook Unit #1 final plat. The Commission postponed any decision until <br /> later in the meeting. <br /> On the preliminary and final plat of dedication for Randall St. , W. R. <br /> Ballard moved for the approval subject to Centex's satisfying the full <br /> parking requirements of the ordinance. This is in respect to the destruction <br /> of a portion of the existing parking lot for the center located at the inter- <br /> section of Arlington Heights and Higgins. It was seconded by Gayle Bantner; <br /> vote was unanimous. <br /> W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of the <br /> Higgins Road Commercial Unit #42. It was seconded by Frank Dillon; vote <br /> was unanimous. <br /> Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of <br /> Higgins Road Commercial Unit #43. It was seconded by Frank Dillon; vote <br /> was unanimous. <br /> W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final Centex <br /> Industrial Park Unit #88. It was seconded by Frank Dillon; vote was unanimous. <br /> Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and final plats of <br /> Centex Industrial Park Unit #89. It was seconded by Frank Dillon; vote was <br /> unanimous. <br /> Tom Hamilton moved for the approval of the final plat of Troch-Mc Niel sub- <br /> division in the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park Unit #2. It was seconded by <br /> Frank Dillon; vote was unanimous. <br /> On the preliminary and final plats of Brickvale Subdivision in Devon-O'Hare <br /> Industrial Park, the Commission refers them to the village engineer due to <br /> the open drainage running through the property. <br /> The Commission then returned to the discussion on Colebrook Unit #1. Tom <br /> Hamilton moved for the approval of the final plat subject to the approval <br /> by the village engineer after thorough_- review of the final plan including <br /> topographical map for this and adjoining properties showing that the property <br /> in question will properly drain, causing no additional flooding or drainage <br />
