e <br /> PLAN COMMISSION MEETING March 7, 1968 <br /> The members present were: <br /> Frank Dillon <br /> Tom Hamilton <br /> Jack Denny <br /> W. R. Ballard <br /> Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman <br /> After discussion, Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the changes in <br /> the final plat of the apartment area bounded by Kennedy and Ridge wherein <br /> the street names were indicated and also indication of the location of <br /> the building which is to be destoryed by June 30, 1969. It was seconded <br /> by Jack Denny; vote was unanimous. <br /> The Commission then had a short discussion with members of the Fire De- <br /> partment with regard to the duplication of street names now appearing <br /> in the village and also the feasibility of future duplications. Jack <br /> Denny moved that the Fire Department receive preliminary plats indicating <br /> street names and that the Plan Commission await their comments before <br /> either approval or disapproval. It was seconded by W. R. Ballard; vote <br /> was unanimous. <br /> Jack Denny moved for the approval of Higgins Road Commercial Unit 36, <br /> preliminary and final plats; seconded by Frank Dillon; vote was unanimous. <br /> W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the final on Alexandria's Sub- <br /> division in the Devon-O'HareUnit #12. Jack Denny seconded it; vote was <br /> unanimous. <br /> W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the preliminary and final on <br /> Centex Industrial Park Unit #77. Frank Dillon seconded it; vote was <br /> unanimous. <br /> Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of <br /> Higgins Road Commercial Unit 37. Tom Hamilton seconded it; vote was <br /> unanimous. <br /> Frank Dillon moved for the approval of the preliminary and final of <br /> Higgins Road Commercial Subdivision Unit #35. Jack Denny seconded it; <br /> vote was unanimous. <br /> Tom Hamilton moved that the Village Board arrange for soil maps and <br /> proper interpretation of them of all undeveloped areas within the <br /> village and all property likely to be annexed in the future. It was se- <br /> conded by Steve Schwellenbach; vote was unanimous. <br /> W. R. Ballard moved for the approval of the Preliminary and Final on <br /> Higgins Road Commercial Unit #34. Frank Dillon seconded the motion; <br /> vote was unanimous. <br />
