PLAN COMMISSION MEETING March 30 , 1966 <br /> The members present were: <br /> Steve Schwellenbach, Chairman <br /> Leah Cummins <br /> Bill Ballard <br /> Dick Mc Grenera <br /> Leslie Knudson <br /> Gayle Bantner <br /> also Frank Ellis of Tec-Search and George Majoris <br /> The chairman informed the commission of the public hearing <br /> scheduled for 8 pm April 13 regarding the petition by <br /> Texaco for rezoning of the southeast corner at the inter- <br /> section of Landmeier and Tonne Roads for a gas station <br /> site also hearing A-2 multi family dwellir.'l.g regulations . <br /> The questionnaire provided by the 8th Annual Metropolitan <br /> Planning Conference (Public Hearing 1965) was completed <br /> on the basis of the majority of opinions . <br /> Frank Ellis presented the new, revised, proposed zoning <br /> ordinance draft which is a consolidation of all suggestions <br /> and meetings to date. He also discussed with the Commission <br /> the submitted "initial policy statement , comprehensive plan" . <br /> The Commission will review the items and have Attorney <br /> Hofert at a meeting in the near future to discuss the ordinance <br /> with Tec-Search at the appropriate time. <br /> Leah Cummins moved to approve the preliminary and final plats <br /> of the Devon-O'Hare Industrial Park, Unit #1 , Lot 9. Gayle <br /> Bantner seconded it ; the vote was unanimous . <br /> Dick Mc Grenera moved for the approval of the preliminary and <br /> final plats of Lot 1-A, Howard Hirsch and Robert Hirsch sub- <br /> division. It was seconded by Leah Cummins : vote was unanimous . <br /> Gayle Bantner moved for the approval of the preliminary and <br /> final plats of Lot 8, the subdivision of part of Devon-O'Hare <br /> Industrial Park Unit #1 .
