MAYOR & BOARD OF TRUSTEES' REPORT <br />S. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANT: May 31, 2018 $2,623,585.51 <br />June 19, 2018 $4,316,824.87 <br />6. CONSENT AGENDA <br />a. Consideration of a request to waive permit fees for a roof replacement as part of <br />the anonymous roof donation. <br />(The roof was donated by an anonymous roofing contractor and selection of the roof <br />recipient was coordinated by the Community Character Counts Roof Giveaway Program.) <br />(The Director of Community Development recommends approval.) <br />b. Consideration of a request from Northwest Presbyterian Church, located at 301 Ridge <br />Avenue, to waive FY 2018/19 Vehicle License fees in the amount of $50. <br />(Northwest Presbyterian Church is requesting a fee waiver for FY 2018/19 Vehicle <br />License fees for two passenger vehicles ($25 each) for a total waiver of $50. <br />(It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for governmental and <br />non-profit organizations. <br />(The Director of Finance recommends approval.) <br />c. Consideration to concur with prior authorization of a request from Elk Grove Park District, <br />located at 1000 Wellington Avenue, to waive the FY 2018-19 business license fee for the <br />June 10, 2018 Art in the Park event in the amount of $135. <br />(The Elk Grove Park District is respectfully requesting their Business License fees in the <br />amount of $135 to be waived for a Temporary General Retail License and Food Caterers <br />Pagel of 9 <br />
