CONSENT AGENDA <br /> A) Consideration of a request (attached) from the Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #35 <br /> (attached) to waive the permit fees for vending machines at the Police Department, <br /> located at 901 Wellington Avenue, in the amount of$50. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for <br /> governmental and non-profit organizations. <br /> (A report from the Deputy Director of Finance, recommending approval, is <br /> attached.) <br /> B) Consideration of a request (attached) from Northwest Presbyterian Church, located at <br /> 301 Ridge Avenue, to waive fees for the 2012-13 vehicle stickers for one (1) passenger <br /> vehicle and one (1)passenger van in the total amount of$50. <br /> (It has been .past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for <br /> governmental and non-profit organizations. <br /> (A report from the Deputy Director of Finance, recommending approval, is <br /> attached.) <br /> C) Consideration of a request (attached) from the Park District to waive building and <br /> engineering permit fees for the reconstruction of the parking lot at the Jack A. Claes <br /> Pavilion, located at 1000 Wellington Avenue, in the amount of$25,933. <br /> (It has been past practice of the Village Board to grant fee waivers for <br /> governmental and non-profit organizations. <br /> (A report from the Community Development Director, recommending approval, is <br /> attached.) <br /> D) Consideration to grant a variation from the Municipal Code, Section 8-128-1-1D, <br /> Easements, to permit the construction of an above ground swimming pool which will <br /> encroach two feet (2') into the ten-foot (10') public utility easement along the rear <br /> property line at 924 Cass Lane. <br />
