of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 17, 2018, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Personnel.

Steve Schmidt is resigning from the Police Pension Board. Now that Police Chief Chuck Walsh
has moved into the Village, he has expressed interest in serving on the Police Pension Board.
The consensus of the Committee was to appoint Chuck Walsh to the Police Pension Board to fill
Steve Schmidt's vacancy.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:47p.m.
