Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on July 17, 2018, this Executive Session was called
to consider review of Personnel.

Paul Ayers' resignation from the Plan Commission has left an open seat. The Village received
three applications in the past year to serve on a board or commission. Rich Romanski was the
only applicant who didn't specifically request service on the Fire and Police Commission. The
Mayor proposed to appoint Rosanna DeFrenza to the vacancy on the Plan Commission and
appoint Rich Romanski to the vacancy Rosanna would leave on the Zoning Board of Appeals.
The consensus of the Board was to approve these appointments. The Mayor will reach out to
Rosanna and Rich to determine whether they are interested in serving in these capacities.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:53 p.m.
