Pursuant to a duly made and approved motion and a majority vote at a regularly scheduled meeting
of the Village President and Board of Trustees on August 14, 2018, this Executive Session was
called to consider review of Personnel.

School District 214 has requested an officer to be at the front and rear entrances to Elk Grove
High School. They are doing the same at all schools in their district. They would pay the costs
for the officers. They have also requested the School Resource Officer to wear their uniforms.
The consensus of the Board was to station officers at the entrances as requested, provided that
the School District pays the costs per Village policy of 1.75 times the officer's rate of pay.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:28 p.m.
