Meeting called to order at 7 :05 P.M., by Pres. W. Kriesant at
Headquarters Fire Station. Present were W. Kriesant, J. Henrici.,
G. Coney, "° C. Henrici and H. Marquard
Minutes were read and motion made by G. Coney to accept as
written, 2nd by H. Stroker.
Treasurers report showed we have " 118, 277.77 from tax funds .to
be invested. Due to a delay in computer operations the treasurers
report was not available at this time. Pres. W. Kriesant
declared we will accept. the treasurers report and a copy 'must
be attached to the minutes when available,
Canvass of ballots from April 21, 1980 election was taken. Motion
by J. Henrici, 2nd by G. Coney to accept tally c unt. Board

Pres, thanked H. Stroker for his time served on the board.
G. Coney asked for authorization to disperse a check for 112,779.99
due Herman Marquard from pension fund'upon his severance of
employment with the Fire Dept. on May 31, 1980. Motion by
J. Henrici, 2nd by J. Gardner for authorization. Motion carried.
Election of officers was held to fill term until May 1981.
He- Marquard nominated W. Kriesant for President. Motion by
G. Coney, 2nd by J. Gardner 'III to close nominations for President.,
By unanimous voice vote W. Kriesant elected as President.
J. Henrici nominated J. Gardner III as Secretary. Motion by
G. Coney, 2nd by H. Marquard that nominations for Secretary
be closed. By unanimous voice vote J. Gardner III elected'
as Secretary.
Pres, W. Kriesant announced that there will be a special
election held on May 19, 1980 to fill the unex ired term of
ail a
Pres. W. Kriesant declared the meeting adjourned at 7 :35 P.M.
