Pension Board Special Meeting
23 June 1980
Meeting called to order at 7:38 p.m. by President Walter Kriesant
at the Headquarters Fire Station. P2�� Walter Kriesant,
George Coney, Joseph Gardner III. PX�M-Ou'r
Canvass of ballots from May 19 1980 Special Election was taken.
Motion by George C. Coney, Is b Joseph Gardner I ,; t
accept tally count. x.., :. ,...,.,
President welcomed new member.
Election of officer was held, G. Coney nominated Douglas C. Goostree
for Vice President. Motion by J. Gardner III, seconded by W.
Kriesant to close nominations for Vice President. By unanimous
vote D. Goostree elected Vice President.
Motion by Joseph Gardner III, seconded by George C. Coney to refund
money to Dennis R. Jereb, .$7,134.45 and John E. Henrici, 161638.01
on withdrawel from Pension Fund on receipt of necessary paper work.
Motion carried.
Motion by Douglas C. Goostree, seconded by Joseph Gardner III to
accept the preliminary Treasurers Report. Motion carried.
Motion by George Coney, seconded by°•Joseph Gardner III to close Bell
Federal Savings & Loan Associates account and designate Arlington
Heights Federal Savings and Loan Associates (Elk Grove Branch) as
a depositary of the Firemen's Pension Fund of Elk Grove Village. Motion
carried,
Motion, by George C. Coney, seconded by Joseph Gardner III to change
authorized signatures on checking and savings accounts to read as
follows:

Where as three of the above signatures are required one must be the
treasurers.
George C. Coney moved and Joseph Gardner III seconded to adjourn at
8:08 p.m.
